ServiceNow Go-Live at Aéroports de Montréal
On November 10, Nexio has celebrated the ServiceNow "Go-Live" at Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) in a cheerful and festive atmosphere with a traditional thematic cake.
ADM wanted to acquire a software for managing requests for assistance made to the service office of the Innovation and Technology Department to optimize operations, increase operational efficiency of processing applications and provide better service to its customers.
Nexio was mandated to implement ServiceNow and eight process among which the service catalog management and a DTI portal, as well as incident, problem and knowledge base management.
Goals were successfully achieved with a high rate of satisfaction within ADM.
Congratulations and thank you to all the Nexio people that have surpassed themselves to cope with deadlines and led to the success of this great project for ADM.
