ServiceNow Go-Live at Gaz Metro
The tradition goes on !
On December 10, Gaz Métro, Nexio and ServiceNow teams met on an evening to celebrate the Go-Live of ServiceNow.
Gaz Métro wanted to replace the existing solution C2 by a modern and integrated solution that better met the needs of its 125 IT users and 1,600 employees.
Gaz Métro then chose the ServiceNow platform and Nexio as integrator.
As part of this project, Nexio has provided a review process expertise as well as technical services of its specialists who have implemented and configured the solution by integrating it with the customer's environment (Active Directory, SAP, etc.).
The following processes have been delivered in this project: Incident Management, change management, problems management, service requests, deployment, demand management, capacity management and timesheets management.
